1. Platform Usage

MultiPMS authorizes non-exclusive access to specialized operational tools for managing hostels, PG accommodation, and multi-tenant buildings. Users must utilize the tools responsibly and uphold legal integrity inside their property operations.

2. Account Responsibilities

Operators are fully liable for access-protection mechanisms on delegated supervisor configurations:

• Credentials: Maintain confidentiality of operational owner, supervisor, and caretaker dashboards.
• Property Data: Authenticity of inventory mapping, occupancy counts, and rental fee specifications.
• Usage Safeguards: Restricting credentials from rogue external parties.

3. Acceptable Usage

Prohibited actions constitute strict grounds for account locking or legal review:

• Platform Abuse: Artificially stressing platform servers or automated scraping.
• Illegal Acts: Facilitating housing fraud, false financial reporting, or money routing.
• Tenant Misuse: Distributing tenant identity data for unverified, marketing, or commercial gain outside platform utility.

4. Service Availability

While MultiPMS targets 99.9% availability metrics, the software undergoes system maintenance intervals and optimization releases. Access may experience brief maintenance interruptions which will be scheduled outside peak operational times whenever feasible.

5. Data Ownership

Operational sovereignty rests with our clients. Administrators and owners retain 100% intellectual property, proprietary assets, and operational control over uploaded building configurations, financials, and direct logs.

6. Limitation of Liability

MultiPMS is an operational SaaS utility. We offer infrastructure for bookkeeping, tracking, and operations. We are not legal real-estate brokers, payment insurers, or landlord intermediaries and assume no liability for rent defaults, structural building defects, or owner-tenant legal disputes.

7. Termination

MultiPMS reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these acceptable terms or fail recurring commercial renewals. Upon subscription exit, standard windows apply to let users securely export legacy operational ledgers.
