Operational Security

Privacy Policy

MultiPMS values user privacy and operational data security. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected while using the centralized property operations platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to offer specialized operational infrastructure for properties. This includes:

  • Account Information: Administrative names, official emails, and phone records.
  • Tenant Records: KYC files, onboarding configurations, and room allocations.
  • Operational Data: Support logs, caretaker assignments, and maintenance logs.
  • Payment Records: UPI transactions hashes, billing addresses, and system invoice ledgers.
  • Uploaded Documents: Digital rental contracts, government identity documents.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is never sold. It is used strictly for provisioning robust system access and streamlining your properties:

  • Platform Operations: Generating room ledgers and calculating system occupancy.
  • Property Workflows: Relaying automated maintenance alerts to ground caretakers.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Generating aggregate owner-level operational reporting.
  • Support: Resolving platform infrastructure incidents logged by your admins.
  • Security: Preventing unauthorized ledger changes or credential abuse.

3. Data Protection

MultiPMS maintains modern technical controls for infrastructure safeguard:

  • Encrypted Systems: Standard transport-layer encryption (TLS) for active packets, and rest-level database encryption.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Isolation of compute and operational database instances.
  • Role-Based Access: Fine-grained caretaker/owner credential segregation prohibiting Cross-Tenant leakage.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We utilize persistent and session cookies strictly to maintain platform authorization sessions and store preferred dashboard UI preferences. They are essential for security mechanisms.

5. Third-Party Services

MultiPMS works with limited third-party integrations solely to enable specific operational utility (e.g., SMS broadcast APIs, transactional email handlers, and UPI processing gateways). All integrations must adhere to restrictive security standards.

6. User Rights

Under platform sovereignty, administrators retain governance controls over operational inputs:

  • Correction: Right to update incorrect building allocations or tenant entries.
  • Deletion: Request complete offboarding and database hard-deletion.
  • Extraction: Exporting property financial ledgers in standard CSV formats.
